Artificial Nails

Artificial nails have been around for a long time. They have evolved over the years from press on ones that covered the natural one with plastic ones shaped like natural ones to acrylic ones, and UV nails are the newest technology available for artificial nail applications. Artificial nails can give anyone that perfectly manicured look to their nails.

There are a few different types of artificial nails to choose from. Some people prefer one over the other because of the kind of activities they are involved in. For example someone who plays sports, might opt for a stronger artificial nail. The first type is called a sculptured nail. It uses acrylic, gel or fibre glass that is applied to nails.

Your natural nails need to breathe, to take the natural air and the sun, so I really recommend you to wear them no more than a month. One month is the maximum. It's obvious but I have to specify that use the adhesive from your kit or an adhesive made for your nails, do not ever use a common adhesive from your supermarket (or from your kids). Once again, when you decide to remove your artistic nails use a natural remover with non-acetone to protect your healthy nails.

Acrylic nails are the most popular kind of artificial nails. They are available in all nail salons anywhere. The last for a long time so their durability has been tested and it is very affordable. It also doesn't damage the natural nail too much as long as they are applied properly. The main downside is that your nails are weakened even before putting on the artificial nails.

While you have your nails done try to always get a glimpse of what nail glue they are using. A lot of false nails need to have a strong glue to be perfectly attached and if they are not using such glue you don't want to be going to that place again. Well at least you will know why the nails fall off.

Nails covered with synthetic materials like fiberglass or sheets of acrylic do not get enough flow of air. When your nails look yellowed because of the infection, it is naturally tempting to cover up the discoloration so that no one will notice them. Unfortunately, this remedy is just temporary and will not totally resolve the problem. In fact, it makes the damage even more irreparable.

If you are using at home, take extra care. Clean your hands and any tools thoroughly with anti-bacterial products. Dry your hands completely as trapped water can cause issues. Be gentle when applying to avoid breaks during application; this is caused by applying too much pressure. And note the date of application. Artificial nails shouldn't be worn for more than 3 months.

You need to keep in mind, however, that Vancouver 3d nails, are not for everyone. You may want to be fitted with artificial nails because they look beautiful, but will these nails really fit your lifestyle? If you work with your hands, then you can very easily damage your nails. You might have to make adjustments if you want fake nails.
