Water is necessary for all biological systems. It is good to keep your body hydrated. It also facilitates to wash off any toxins in the body. Digestive aids facilitate your body to stay and feel healthy. Removing the food is the solution, at least for the short term. It has been known that the body can eventually build up a tolerance for the food again and you can go back to eating the food without any trouble.

If you can somehow manage to be grateful that your stomach noises are your greatest problem, then in many ways you are a long way to healing them. If you are grateful for them, then you won't be stressed about them and you might be able to escape the vicious circle. The chances are that if it is a food that is responsible for your stomach noises, that it falls into sugar categories.
